“WOW! I came to the Horseheads Zoom Tan and had the best experience with Miss Rose. She went above and beyond helping me with my card and account details with your store after my card had been compromised a few days ago and needed to give her a new card for my monthly payment. She is so kind, patient and caring with helping me get it figured out and fixed it all. She has your facility so neat and clean. She is the reason I will be coming back to Horseheads Zoom Tan as she is so kind and sweet to all of her customers. I have also been to the Corning one and it is very friendly, neat and clean as well but Rose made me feel so welcome (like home). I feel 😊 so good after this. She is for sure a huge asset to your business. I highly recommend Rose in Horseheads and Jordan in Corning for all the credit in doing a fantastic job for you!
