Your Wellness Matters Salt Room & Wellness Studio

I've been seeing Emily for several months for massage therapy and also utilitizing the infrared sauna and redlight therapy after my service. Emily meets me where I am at with each appointment; whether my goal is relaxation and stress management, recovery or injury oriented. She is an excellent practitioner in every way and is extremely professional, detailed and thorough. Having the option to do the infrared after my service instead of immediately getting back into my car and back to life is extremely beneficial and therapeutic to me. I can not recommend her work and her beautiful facility enough.

I had gone to the salt room last week and I can’t wait to come back. Along with how amazing the salt room helped my breathing for asthma - Emily was very knowledgeable in other questions I had and so kind to give me advice on so many health things. I will definitely be coming back!
