Came home from a two week trip to find a house with no heat. Earl returned my call immediately and came over within an hour. Diagnosed and repaired the issue at a more than fair price. I will definitely use Finger Lakes HVAC in the future and would recommend without hesitation or reservation.

I often buy gas here and get my car washed. They have the option of full serve or self-serve gas pumps with a discount for car wash. The staff is ALWAYS polite and professional. Prices are competitive for the area.
Special shoutout to Drake Heating & Air Conditioning for outstanding work. One of my rental properties received a fire marshal violation for improper ventilation of one water heater. Drake's sent their technician Ward, who efficiently addressed the issue and went above and beyond by cleaning the chimney and correcting all three water heaters, ensuring they were all functioning correctly. Last fall we booked them for a small landscaping job on a slope. Came as agreed this spring and did the work. There was a problem which I attribute to their seed supplier. They came back and did an even better job redoing the work. I'm extremely satisfied overall. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that it took me a lot of phone calls and several weeks to get the redo to happen. But the work was fantastic. I would use them again.
Very knowledgeable and clear about what they are doing. Hid nothing from me. Up-front about everything. Communicated their demands right from the start. Came in did the work, I signed off, and everyone was happy.
