“After a roof leak due to heavy rains and the two previous inadequate roofers we contacted Stellar Roofing. They quickly assessed the damage and explained why the previous restoration was a complete mess to say the least.

The sales team were easy to work with when we proposed on replacing half the roof. They placed a secure tarp over the damaged area to prevent further leaking until the scheduled work took place.

The team worked quickly and efficiently, completing the job ahead of schedule despite potential rain delays. True to their word they delivered on their promise and completed all work and cleaned up the grounds 5 minutes before the heavens opened up.

They utilized drone footage and web tools to keep us informed and confident about the work being done. These tools gave us the ability to see their work quality and showed how the team was replacing the roof sections.

They excelled in cleaning up the grounds of any stray roofing nails and debris.

The ventilation and stacks were replaced with better materials. They also removed the inadequate snow melt wires installed by the previous homeowner.

The grounds were efficiently cleaned up, unlike other companies that left hidden debris.

The project manager provided a digital receipt, certificate of completion, and a twenty-year warranty for materials and labor.

It is a small kitchen, but the plans included taking down a wall to expand, replacing counters and cupboards, updating plumbing, backsplash, and running electric. “I had Marty Kaptein install some windows in my house and I couldn't have been happier. They were on time (7:30am) to the minute almost which is very important to me. They set everything up in about 1/2 hour and got to work. Very professional, friendly and a great communicator. Nice people to work with. He even spend time with me after the job was over to shoot the breeze with me for a while. Introduced himself to my wife AFTER I forgot to. A real gentleman. Price was very fair too.“

“Super pleased. I bought my home and knew Window World installed the new windows to my home 8 years prior. I called knowing one window may have had an issue, hoping they could replace. I was expecting to pay out of pocket.

Turns out it was covered on warranty!? They came out and replaced the bad window, and a handful of broken window security tabs.

The installer, Rich (I think?) was prompt, friendly, and very kind. Even to my 16.5 year old, nearly blind/deaf dog. He reached out for my dog to sniff for an intro, and was very cautious walking around him. My dog was highly interested and kept trying to follow him around. Rich was very aware of his footing the entire time.

It all showed he cared. You don’t find many folks who do the small things. He did. And the window world warranty (even for me NOT as original purchaser) saved me HUNDREDS of dollars.

I hope if I need services in the future, that Rich is my installer. What a great person for window world to have representing them. Thank you very much, Rich! ?
