I could not be happier with these windows. They were measured to perfection by Kristine making the installation go smoothly. Carmen and Luis were amazing...they worked very efficiently, cleaned up afterwards, and were extremely polite, friendly, and professional.Back in 2016 I had six upstairs windows done by Window World and, having been very pleased with those, decided to again engage Window World for six of the downstairs windows. I'm glad I did!

My experience with Window World with great. Everytime I made a call to them they always return my call right away. They kept me informed of every situation with my order. Customer service and the workers were very pleasant to work with if I ask the questions they had answers for me. Installation of the windows was on time and they are beautiful. a I am so very happy and pleased with them I would you recommend them to anyone.
