I had Marty Kaptein install some windows in my house and I couldn't have been happier. They were on time (7:30am) to the minute almost which is very important to me. They set everything up in about 1/2 hour and got to work. Very professional, friendly and a great communicator. Nice people to work with. He even spend time with me after the job was over to shoot the breeze with me for a while. Introduced himself to my wife AFTER I forgot to. A real gentleman. Price was very fair too.
Can't recommend enough. They went above and beyond what I expected. They rerouted a power plug when I was planning to do it myself, worked around my kid's naptime. Always on time. Gave great recommendations.
We hired Kaptein Exteriors to replace the siding, trim and gutters on our home. Lex is patient and easy to work with, answering many questions and adjusting easily to any changes we were considering. He and his crew were quick and contentious and they did beautiful work. I'd highly recommend Kaptein for your exterior project.
