I cannot say enough good things about my experience—especially with Cori. My sliding glass door lock broke at the exact worst time, right as my husband was leaving town. Without the lock, the door couldn’t be secured at all, and I was extremely nervous.
I had no information on the door or when it was installed, so trying to figure out the correct replacement part online was stressful and challenging. I planned to take time out of my workday to visit the showroom, but due to staffing issues, I wasn’t able to—so I called instead. That call led me to Cori, and I am so grateful it did.
