“The afternoon of my mothers passing, we stopped in to make her arrangements without calling ahead. Everyone was helpful, friendly and caring. We sat with Craig who helped with making the arrangements. He went over pricing and didnt oversell nor add any extras. He gave us time alone to pick out a casket and offered advice only when asked. Craig made the whole process painless. We also had to have mom picked up quickly from the nursing home, since they dont have the ability nor the facilities to keep a body for an extended period of time. Craig himself went right away to pick her up and bring her to the funeral home. The staff there did a wonderful job with her makeup and hair styling. We were very pleased. From our initial meeting to when we parted at the cemetery was flawless. Respectful, helpful and friendly. Thank you to the entire staff. You made a difficult time bearable.“
