Branch funeral home and the Vigliante family has taken wonderful care of past and present family members for 26 years. Wonderful, caring and compassionate to everyone. Took every concern seriously and professionally. From the owners down to the drivers, all magnificent and wonderful. Made me and my family always feel that there is no one else in the world than whomever has a loved one in there care. Took care of all the planning of the burial and made sure that what ever we needed it was done immediately. They are the best at what they do!!!
For a very upsetting time losing my husband, the gentlemen we spoke to (I can't recall his name) but he was very helpful and very caring, he answered all our questions and explained everything to us in a caring manner. My husband was cremated and they kept in touch through the whole process. I would highly recommend this Branch. It was the Smithtown Branch.
John was wonderful helping me make the arrangements for my husband in March. The room, staff and the service was all great. Although my husband looked good I don’t feel it looked like him. I gave them a picture of him how he looked . But … His hair was slicked back which was not at all how he wore it ever and his mouth was done with very wide lips and a girly pink color which I just was not happy about. I Wasn’t going to ask them to redo him since viewing was starting so just let it go but it bothered me. Everyone else seemed to think he looked good so again I let it go. All in all I was pleased with his send off.
