The afternoon of my mothers passing, we stopped in to make her arrangements without calling ahead. Everyone was helpful, friendly and caring. We sat with Craig who helped with making the arrangements. He went over pricing and didnt oversell nor add any extras. He gave us time alone to pick out a casket and offered advice only when asked. Craig made the whole process painless. We also had to have mom picked up quickly from the nursing home, since they dont have the ability nor the facilities to keep a body for an extended period of time.
