“Great place for PT. Had to get a large tumor removed from the inside of the head of my shoulder. Surgeon had to add a plate and 9 screws to hold it together. Upon starting, I only had 30-40% ROM in that arm. Within 2 months of PT I have my ROM back and feel great. The staff there are great. Matt and Chris are very knowledgeable and work with you at your own pace. Lisa on the front end was always pleasant and accommodating when it came to scheduling appointments. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll be going back should I need PT in the future.“

“I went to the Smithtown location of Metro seeking treatment for Bell's Palsy. I worked with Allie for PT and Devin for acupuncture. Allie is very kind and patient, but more importantly, is very knowledgeable about my condition. She evaluated me and began treatment immediately, sending me home with exercises to do multiple times daily. I made rapid progress under her guidance. I also had some acupuncture treatments with Devin, who was also very kind. I'd never had acupuncture before so he patiently answered all of my questions and made sure I was always comfortable during treatments. With Allie and Devin, I made rapid progress and was 90% better with 5 weeks of the onset of the condition. Bell's Palsy can last for 6 months, so the fact that I was back to work and living life normally again after only 5 weeks was amazing.
