I'm not exaggerating when I say that physical therapy saved my life. I had such bad chronic pain that I often could barely stand. No doctor could tell me what was wrong or how to fix it, until I went to Gary. He understands the mechanics of the human body so well and is great at explaining it to patients. It's been 5 or 6 years since I went, but I still use the exercises he taught me when I have flair ups, which is much less often than it used to be thanks to Gary. His staff are also all fantastic, very kind and professional. I've been to other physical therapists who either did not help or made things worse. I would recommend this place to anybody.

I've found myself at Beach & Foster on a few different occasions... Back in the day as a result of a sports injury... Recovering from whiplash after being rear-ended in a car accident. You know, life. I can happily say that my PT, Greg Beach, tailored a perfect treatment plan - heat, exercise, massage/stretching, ultrasound, ice, etc.- to help me make a complete recovery each time. Greg is an expert PT, and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I've witnessed him and his team work on many people with a variety of issues, and no matter the problem, he immediately knows the best way to go about helping.
