While the staff was pleasant the physical therapist himself was rude and belittling. From the moment we met Greg Rahn he continually told my daughter in a condescending manner that she will follow his direction or he wouldn't treat her. Throughout the appointment he was unprofessional and completely inappropriate in his attitude and demeanor. While I will keep my daughters health private it will be a lifelong painful problem with surgery or surgeries in her future. There was absolutely no compassion or understanding. As a former patient of KPPT I strongly advise new patients to think twice before going to this office for treatment! I started using a new physical therapist referred to by my orthopedist for a different element a few times a week .I like them so much I decided to leave KPPT. When I told Greg Rahn I was leaving his practice he completely lost it on me and started yelling at me! He threw me out of the office right then and there. Greg is so unprofessional! I was completely shocked by his behavior. I personally think that his practice is going down the tubes. He behaved in such an unprofessional matter. Sadly this practice has gone down hill... the sole PT has cut back on hours and the office is poorly run. We will no longer be using them Also to anyone who still chooses to use them, be warned they do NOT take credit card and cancel on less than an hour notice. With so many options in the PT space locally, I suggest patients get treated somewhere else.
