“With so many physical therapy options on Long Island, it can honestly feel overwhelming trying to figure out where to go. After looking through different offices and reviews, I decided to give this place a go. I’m really glad I did!
Lauren is an amaaazinggg PTA and truly one of the biggest reasons this place stands out. She is genuinely invested in her patients and takes the time to listen to what you’re feeling, ask the right questions, and really understand what’s going on/how you are feeling. That level of attention makes a huge difference and shows how much she truly cares about her patients.
Her manual massage therapy skills are excellent. The massage work she does is incredibly relieving and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. I usually walk out of my appointments feeling better than when I walked in. I really appreciate how much she focuses on education. Instead of just going through the motions, she makes sure you understand the purpose behind everything you’re doing. She creates a really positive and encouraging atmosphere during sessions and never makes you feel rushed. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the patient. The office itself is great too. They have everything you need to address post accident injuries in one place (which really helps keep things consistent). If you’re looking for a physical therapy office to go, this is the one! You don’t have to think twice. They have office hours that are really convenient for those with full time jobs.
