Have been a customer for over 5 years . Always had a pleasant experience last few times not so much. Feel the salon needs to be way cleaner. The stations need a good wash and the equipment they use. Not sanitary to constantly use instruments with out proper cleaning each time - especially file boards. Secondly some of the staff is extremely rude particularly Michelle. I’ve had her a few times and each time she is extremely nasty. Like you’re bothering her. The one time she didn’t even bother to ask what pedicure I wanted. She just rushed through it . I’ve been going here probably almost 6 years, spent thousands here and was for the most part always happy w the service… lately it’s just not the same. I’ll tip $30 for a mani/pedi and I’ll get a mumbled thank you … if any at all. As someone who worked for tips for a long time, I really like to tip well but I’m just gonna bring my money elsewhere. This last manicure was so poorly done and rushed. They used a black polish from a random bottle that said “gel remover”, not the perfect match color I asked for and always get.
