I had a video consultation with Jeannie who was lovely as she talked me through my options. Then, for my \\\"trial\\\" I had Leo who did an amazing job. I couldn't believe how much these lashes brightened my face, but weren't overdone. I saw her again for the wedding and, again, in love. Leo is easy to talk to and she knows what she's doing. Lastly, when I woke up the day before my wedding with a couple of stray lashes, the front desk got me in quickly to fix. I worked with Jessica who sat with me until I was 100% satisfied that the lashes looked how I wanted. What an amazing and professional team, you will not regret coming here.“

“Carissa is a true artist & a lovely person. She made me feel welcome right away in her cozy, stylish, & immaculate studio. During the consultation process,she demonstrated a facsimile of a different technique on each eyebrow so I could decide which was right for me.I decided to go with the ‘hairstroke’ or nanobrow technique [she is the only practitioner on the island to offer this at the time of writing]. She had a cancellation, so we did the procedure right then & there!The nanbrow technique was the right choice for me, as I wanted hyperrealistic brows. I am more in love with my results than I can describe. She recreated my old brows with stunning accuracy so I still feel like myself— but brighter & more confident.She sent me home with care instructions, product, & a little treat in a goodie bag— such a thoughtful touch— & checked in after the procedure. She knows hands down how to create look/color wanted within reasonable limits, she also uses upscale products and doesn't overcharge. Hands down best hair colorist out there. I started going to Hiromi 6 years ago and when I first discovered her services I drove almost an hour to the salon to get my lashes done. When I say it was worth it - IT WAS! Her attention to detail and professionalism are immaculate. Her beauty studio is so pretty, SUPER CLEAN, smells amazing and SUPER COMFORTABLE. She is very gentle and careful when it comes to my lashes (I am allergic to everything) she uses a special glue for my allergies and I've never had a problem with anything. Overall recommended 110%.“
