This is one of those reviews you want to gate-keep because they’re so good! Ash is so kind and helpful in coordinating everything and making you feel comfortable and part of the crew. And Arthur is simply an amazing tailor. His work speaks for itself. But he’s also kind, patient, and willing to do whatever it takes to make you feel great in your pieces. They’re the best!
Chasing Tailor has a professional and friendly staff, who are very knowledgeable and patient. The turn around time, pricing, and alterations are all very reasonable. They are the only tailors I go to when I need to look snazzy in a non-judgmental atmosphere. 10/10
This was my second time using them, and once again they exceeded expectations. Reasonable pricing, genuinely kind people, and incredibly fast service.
I brought in a tuxedo that needed both the jacket and pants let out, with only 10 days before my event. The fitting took about 15 minutes, and they completed the work in just 7 days without charging any rush fee.
While I was there, I got to know the team a bit and learned they’ve been serving the community for decades. they take tremendous pride in both their craftsmanship and their business. The quality of the alterations was excellent, and the customer service was even better.
