I walked in to the 20th Street location in Manhattan without an appointment needing a button sewn back onto my suit coat. Galina was so friendly, and she was able to help me right away. She finished it In less than 5 minutes, and I was able to make my next meeting on time without looking silly. And because it was so fast, she refused payment. I will definitely use Alteration Specialists for all my tailoring needs in NY!!
