My family has been very lucky to have finally found a talented, smart, reliable, capable, hard working professional for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs. Our a/c went out early this week when temps soared into the high 90s. Plitnick sent Patrick over immediately, and he wouldn’t stop until he was able to diagnose a problem with a faulty valve—as he had to assess multiple/complicated zones and systems to determine the cause of our outage. We did not know Lee R. Kobb, Inc. before the emergency with water heater. Lee R. Kobb, Inc. was recommended to us by water heater manufacturer. We had scheduled repair appointment immediately and crew arrived to our house next morning. Fred and his assistant brought new water heater and removed one which was broken. “Hard to find an honest plumber these days but I'm glad I reached out to Allure Plumbing.

We had a partial blockage affecting both our kitchen and basement bathroom drain lines. After exhausting my 25-foot plumbing snake with no success, I decided to call for professional help.
The response was immediate and impressive. After hearing my description, he immediately diagnosed the issue as grease buildup. We scheduled an appointment for the following Monday.

Over the weekend, armed with his diagnosis, I decided to try an alkaline product specifically for grease blockages. It worked perfectly. So I called Allure Plumbing again, told him that I'd like to cancel the appointment, but to offer him $100 as he provided the most important information that saved us both time and money. He graciously declined, saying he was simply happy the problem was resolved.

“I contacted Liberty Drain through a recommendation from someone who had used them for a drain assessment solution. TJ from Liberty arrived on time and we consulted a bit and then he went right to work! TJ went through all of my gutter leader drains to ensure there were no blockages. These drains were all buried under ground. He sent cameras in to search for blockages and also to let me know where the drains are actually flowing to! Everyone needs to do this if they are a homeowner or a new homeowner to ensure that water will not back up into your house! Thankfully, everything was all clear as this was a proactive visit and TJ explained where all of my roof and house perimeter water flows to! If you have septic, sewer drains, or clogged drains call TJ he is the man who will solve your problem or keep you from having any water back up problem! “We have been using Blend Air Mechanical for many years, and recently had another great service experience with them! Mike (who always does an amazing job) came with his partner Collin, and the two of them did a GREAT job installing our new water heater from Blend Air, and then returned the following week to install our new KIND water purification and softener system for the entire house.There was a lot of plumbing involved, and Mike took the time to explain everything to me, how the system worked, how to maintain it, and change the filters etc. This normally would have been a 3-4 hour install, but Mike & Collin worked so well on the project that they did it in less than 2 hours! We replaced our HVAC system through BLEND AIR last year as well, and they even took the time to register the unit, and send us all the extended warranty info so we have it for our records.
