Water Heater Installation Repair near Coxsackie

“During the recent cold snap, our furnace was failing and the temperature in the house was well below the target temp on our thermostat. I called and left a message at Kool Temp very early (6 am). To my amazement, Amber (not a call service from a foreign country....but an honest to goodness local employee) called me back before 7 am and had me on the emergency schedule for that morning. Keep in mind that I was not an existing customer at that time.

Service Technician Steve arrived a little later that morning and was able to diagnose our problems. We were back up and running that day, and Steve visited the next day to make additional adjustments and replace our old Nest thermostat. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable, and great to work with.

Overall, our experience was so positive that we signed up for their annual Gold level service plan. We are thrilled to support a local company, especially when they are this amazing to do business with.
