Very reasonable price, great communication throughout, and HONEST. Ryan let me know about something they found while removing the old roof and gave me my options. One option would have been an extra $700-$800, and the other option was no cost (which is what he recommended doing). He easily could have recommended the option with the price increase or not even told me there was a no cost option.

The crew was on time, very polite and did an amazing job cleaning up. I got a couple comments from neighbors the following day saying how clean they left the property.

If you’re like me, you read the reviews and you wonder. You say to yourself who do I believe? Can I really believe this person writing the review?
First, this review is from someone who does not hand out compliments very easily.
I was so impressed with Rony from NY’s Finest Roofing and Siding that I felt compelled to write this review.
When you meet Rony, you’ll find him to be honest, patient and knowledgeable. Rony, Dennis and the rest of the crew were all very polite and extremely professional. Always returned phone calls. Was present on job site and Listen to what we wanted to accomplish.
After the initial walk around he Emailed a proposal to make sure we were all on the same page.
As you know, poor communication can lead to a major misunderstanding. Not with Rony! It’s all there in the proposal…in black and white.
What more can you ask for? My wife and I never felt bullied or talked down to like we experienced with other companies. One of my neighbors came over while the guys were working and Rony took the time to go over and walk around his house. I already knew this guy wasn’t gonna buy anything, but Rony treated him the same way he treats everybody…with respect.
Call him and see for yourself, I know you will not be disappointed.“

“My daughter got married in December. My front porch was compromised and had to be rebuilt otherwise we risked the bride falling thru on the wedding day. Murphys law! Enter TCR. Sam and the entire TCR team including the gals in the office were OUTSTANDING.

The TCR team evaluated the situation completely. The porch frame was inadequate causing the second floor to be in jeopardy. Today I have a porch built to code (the house is 110 years old before codes) AND we all sleep better at night knowing the second floor is secure! OH did I mention it’s beautiful. And no one fell thru on the wedding day.

“Just had a front deck and steps replaced along with some rear steps. Absolute excellent workmanship. Showed up on time, finished both jobs in one day. There was a minor issue with one of the step planks. They came the next day to replace it. Cant say enough re the professionalism and finished product. I assume price was reasonable although I didnt get a second estimate. Would definitely call them again.“

“My husband and I chose Dependable Home Improvements along with Steve and his team to do a one-story audition to our L-ranch home in Massapequa. DHI completed the job on time and without any difficulties. There were many subcontractors needed, and Steve, the owner of DHI, was able to provide, coordinate and supervise all the work. Pedro and his partner Angel were mainstays on the job, and they were top-of-the-line mechanics and craftsmen. The finish work required precise measurements, tile cutting, staircase finishing, moulding installation and fine-tuning, and the men were on the job daily and consistently .
