“Drew Metzler Roofing did an excellent job replacing the roof on my mother’s home. Drew discussed the scope of the job with my son, told him exactly what needed to be done and how long the job would take.My mother’s home had several roof leaks which were causing interior damage so the roof needed to be replaced as soon as possible. “We called for an estimate. Tom was sent out ASAP and gave us a good understanding of what was going on with our leaking roof. He took photos and wrote up a thorough estimate of the scope of work. He was courteous, professional and gave us several options. Due to a solar panel issue we needed to use another company, but he respected our decision and never tried upsell or hard sell us.
