“Overall, very nice store. I was very disappointed though when I went in, after sitting on my glasses, to ask if they could properly readjust them for me. I was advised there would be a $20 charge since I was not a client. For a 2 minute adjustment I took them back and left. They lost a potential customer as I was looking for a new optometrist. Update. The repair took all of 2 minutes by a competitor at no charge.“
