❤️Susan Marmol Estevez is highly skilled and gives excellent customer service and is warm and personable. She made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the exam. The people who worked with me on the televisit screen were very nice and helpful and explained my eye health to me and treatment prescribed.Alex Campos assisted me in a gentle skilled way to find a frame that fits me in all ways and he was pleasant and warm. He has worked with me before and the outcome from his guidance and measurements fit me perfectly.

There was a quiet room dedicated to the eye exam with all the equipment and the office and exam chair. It is internet connected to allow the assistant to take preliminary tests and then schedule one doctor to review the results and perform the eye script settings on the machine remotely while they are watching on a camera and you can see then on a monitor mounted on the wall of the room. Once this is done a second doctor reviews the results and any questions you have are answered. The assistant then prints out the results and gives you the script for your glasses to bring to the front optical desk to order glasses. Very professional and nicely done.

The staff on site and the additional team of virtual optometrists provided a series of detailed tests/analysis with immediate follow-up. I was level with a high level of confidence with the current status of my vision and overall eye health.
