I finally was told about Total veterinary care, Cicero and they made room for her that afternoon. We ran all kinds of tests and found a blockage and they proceeded almost immediately with surgery. My Clover is now is home recuperating. Thank God that I found a vet that understands a sensecof urgency! My own vet turned her away. They don't necessarily take walk ins but they were able to squeeze me in same day appointment. Dr.Hansen was extremely knowledgeable and caring to my senior cat and did not suggest any unnecessary or costly options. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a non-corporate,unselfish, loving vet for their pets.“

“I've been bringing my cats and ferrets here for a few years at least. My dog was going to another vet because he has a lot of anxiety and his previous doctor knew how he was. I didn't want to switch him over. Unfortunately his previous place wasn't reliable for getting a timely appointment when needed so I decided to switch him to LAHC because I've always been able to get appointments for my other pets when needed. I was anxious myself bringing him to a new place. He doesn't like other dogs and he gets really anxious when staff try to touch him. I explained my concerns to the staff and everyone was extremely helpful. I really love bringing my animals to see Dr. Jin. I never feel rushed when expressing my concerns to her. She takes the time to communicate with me. Listening and in depth explaining. She also understands times are rough financially and we always come up with a plan to keep my pets healthy and trying to stay in budget. I've lost a few pets to old age and illness over the past few years and Dr. Jin has helped make the process as smooth as possible. She also gives her honest opinion to help make the decision when it's time. It's a hard decision to ever have to make but I always trust her.“
