“I have been going to champions for about 5 months now, I absolutely love it! Great space, good equipment and friendly welcoming people, my only issue is that for the 5 months I have been there I only got to use the sauna once or twice, it's always out of order :C“

The classes have a way of making you feel refreshed and grounded. Ive also joined their restorative yoga class which was also very healing with both Michelle and Sue. This place is wonderful for both beginners and advanced levels.“
