If you ever get the chance to take a class with Sophie, I highly recommend it for all levels of experience. Her energy is always light and positive. She makes it so easy to relax for everyone to get what they hoped to achieve just by showing up. It also helps that her playlists are always a 10/10. Either way, the space is beautiful, the classes deliver, and I always walk out getting exactly what I needed.

Syracuse Yoga truly feels like my second home. The sense of community here is unlike anything I’ve experienced before—I genuinely feel like I need this reset at least once a week. Sophie, the owner, is incredible. She takes the time to make sure your form and technique are correct so you stay safe and avoid injury, which shows how much she truly cares about her students.

I was greeted by a friendly front desk person (some studios can be so intimidating for new people). I also really enjoy the care that was taken to design and cultivate a warm, relaxing meditation space. The live plants, the decor, the lighting, the ambiance. That all takes effort and attention, and it goes a long way towards creating an environment that supports mindfulness and presence. The class wasn't overcrowded, and there seem to be a variety available throughout the week. The instructor was knowledgeable, approachable, and inclusive, and the session itself was very enjoyable. I will definitely be back!
