The "JBYS" yoga is perfect! The temperature is just right where you get a great workout but don't feel suffocated by the heat. I'm so glad to have found this studio!“

“I've been attending Full Lotus classes of all kinds for a number of years. Every time I leave the studio feeling fulfilled and relaxed. It's a cozy, comfortable environment. It's great they have mats and equipment for everyone, prefect for a beginner, if you're signing in last minute or not to worry about trucking everything with you. They always have a variety of classes and events which keep things interesting and their weekly classes are great to look forward to. I would recommend them to anyone, they are always great with drop ins and yogi levels of all kinds.“
