the best little yoga community in the world i’ve lived in colorado, the pnw, atlanta, and lots of places in between. though i have found many lovely studios in my travels, none of them hold a candle to the caliber of teachers, guest teachers (workshops etc), or community that exists at sky yoga. come check it out!
I've been taking the Kripalu class with Jennifer Ashley. Each class is perfectly paced, and she varies the content and sequence of Asanas. She always has options for more or less challenge. Very professional.
My husband and I are regulars at Sky Yoga and it is a gem. Whenever we travel, we do yoga at a local studio and while they’ve all been fine, they’ve made us so appreciate Sky Yoga. Sky Yoga has two beautiful, large studios with great air flow. Even when a class is completely full, you’ll never feel crowded. And the temperature of the room is always on par. Normal classes are a great temperature and the heated classes are toasty without bringing you to the brink of passing out. The class pacing of is also fantastic, regardless of who is teaching.
