Last year, Rob Howard of Comfortzone Quality Cooling installed a Goodman central air system in my home. Less than a year later, the system started to have problems. It would just stop cooling. Every time I called Rob, he responded immediately and did whatever was necessary to get the air working. Each visit, and there were a few in a short time, he patiently and tenaciously tested and retested every component , and eliminated various possibilities to narrow the focus on the problem. Jennifer in the RAL Showroom is wonderful!! I need to replace bathroom appliances and she was my guardian angel this week.
