Last year, Rob Howard of Comfortzone Quality Cooling installed a Goodman central air system in my home. Less than a year later, the system started to have problems. It would just stop cooling. Every time I called Rob, he responded immediately and did whatever was necessary to get the air working. Each visit, and there were a few in a short time, he patiently and tenaciously tested and retested every component , and eliminated various possibilities to narrow the focus on the problem. Jennifer in the RAL Showroom is wonderful!! I need to replace bathroom appliances and she was my guardian angel this week. Brought her measurements of existing sink toilet etc and she guided me on replacement options with patience, style and her expertise. Can’t wait until product arrives and is installed.
