“Lately, I've felt like customer services appeared to be diminishing and on the brink of extinction, until I came upon the store manager of LL Flooring in Riverhead, NY. I called the store because I had not received any updates about my order and my installation date was approaching. Nicole answered my call right away. She went above and beyond to find my order and provide the service and product that I was anticipating. She found my order with just my name and phone number. She explained some mechanical issues that they were having with their warehouse equipment. That was obviously beyond her control, but she found a resolution and unburied my order so that it could be delivered within 24 hours. She was friendly, kind, courteous, and provided the most outstanding customer service. She could have easily blown me off with the failed equipment excuse. I highly recommend LL Flooring in Riverhead and wish that more people in customer service industries had Nicole's work ethic. Thanks a bunch, Nicole. I appreciate all that you did to help me. For my product review, I could not be happier. This is my 3rd time ordering flooring from LL Flooring stores around the country. I've always chosen 7mm or 8mm Waterproof CoreLux Vinyl planking. The products are strong, durable, and holding up well against renter traffic & abuse.“
“Carlos did a fantastic job removing and replacing exterior caulk and painting the outside of our house. Like seriously, I look at some of the places he painted and I'm like how on earth did he paint there and not get any paint in the wrong place? He also thought to paint parts of our house that we wouldn't have thought to get painted -- like our door and our stair railing -- and after checking to see if we wanted those things painted he did them for no additional charge.He was also super patient when we decided that we didn't like one of the colors we chose. In general he was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. Also, for doing the job all by himself he got it done super fast! I would definitely recommend Carlos.“

“I was referred to Miguel 3 years ago to do the runner on my staircase. Miguel had great communication, quick to respond and showed up on time and did a great job. Since then Miguel has done vinyl flooring in my entire house. His prices are fair and his work is excellent. A true professional! I would highly recommend him to anyone! Hard to come across quality companies these days so I am extra appreciative my husband and I found Miguel!“

“Jim and his crew were knowledgeable, professional, and paid exquisite attention to detail. They were also friendly, and like someone else posted, "like family". I have an older house that had wood flooring upstairs that had been covered with a dark maroon type stain in some places and painted in others. They sanded the floors and we found beautiful golden floors that simply opened up the entire upstairs. The workers were careful of my wood moldings and recently repaired and painted plaster walls. It is simply nice to know that companies like this, where people take pride in their work yet respect the work of others, still exist. I highly recommend them!“
