Jim and his crew were knowledgeable, professional, and paid exquisite attention to detail. They were also friendly, and like someone else posted, "like family". I have an older house that had wood flooring upstairs that had been covered with a dark maroon type stain in some places and painted in others. They sanded the floors and we found beautiful golden floors that simply opened up the entire upstairs. The workers were careful of my wood moldings and recently repaired and painted plaster walls. It is simply nice to know that companies like this, where people take pride in their work yet respect the work of others, still exist. I highly recommend them!

Perfect Grain Hardwood Flooring did an excellent job in restaining the dark white oak wood floors to a much lighter color with a satin finish in all the rooms and closets in the house. I gave then 5 stars and would higjly recommend them! The floors looked perfect when they were done and lightened the feel of the house. The edges were cleanly done. They handled the TV and audio wiring carefully so that it was easy to reassemble. They put nearly everything back in the proper place. Only 2 items had to be shifted. There was little or now dust on the floors. We had to wipe some dust off the tops of the molding and window sills, but that was a very manageable task.
