Just bizarre! Sales Associate had a non service animal dog that was chasing us around the store as we tried to shop. I asked the sales associate to please leash the dog and he refused. We had to leave very quickly because of how uncomfortable it was. We proceeded to the other showroom and when I asked for a specific brand the woman started throwing samples on the floor like a game of twisting was about to start.

I bought Hunter Douglas Luminette blinds from Rosanti Flooring and was disappointed in both the installation and the quality of the blinds. After only four years, my blinds developed three small holes, as if an insect chewed on that section of the blinds. Unfortunately for me, the owner Peter came out and refused to put in a claim with Hunter Douglas. The Hunter Douglas quality is so overrated, both the material and the mechanism are poor quality. I have had to undo the rod that is used to open the blinds because the mechanism was installed incorrectly. Amazing customer service and nice people! As a local designer they are my "go to" for area rugs, carpeting, blinds and now the offer draperies. 5 stars doesn't cover it!
