We worked with Alex for the first time for a intimate elopement that we planned & designed for our clients. Alex went above and beyond to ensure the clients felt informed. He's super responsive and went the extra mile on elopement day to make sure his team captured everything. Really enjoyed working with Alex, and looking forward to more weddings with his team!
One of my favorite yoga studios in Buffalo. I always try to stop in when I'm home visiting. They offer a recovery/yin style yoga once or twice a week and it's my absolute favorite. All the teachers are the nicest people and make you feel like you're right at home. If you're from the area or visiting I highly recommend you drop in for a class.
I went to the 10:30-11:45am Slow Flow class taught by Cailee. It was amazing!!! This was my first time at the studio. It's on a second floor in a really cool up-and-coming Niagara Street neighborhood building. I parked in the Resurgence Brewery parking lot or you can park on the street. I wish we had more time so I could have explored me in the building. There's a kombucha place and a really nice looking plant store on the first level. It's a pretty large, yet cozy yoga studio; a large open space with beams. She used to really nice aromatherapy during the class which I liked. My only complaint was there was also a weird odor that smelled something like shellac that would come in randomly - I don't know what that was about. I loved the slow flow. It was very relaxing, yet built a lot of heat in the body. The teacher was descriptive in her teaching and also let us do our own thing in certain poses. We used some blocks, a blanket, and a sandbag. I have never used a sandbag in yoga and I really liked that. I actually think I might want to get one for home. I will definitely come back to Love in Motion! Ps. They offer a $5 discount for social service providers i.e social workers... Which ended up being $10 and it's $15 normal price drop in.
