Lisa is the best esthetician I have been to, hands down. Before I found her, I had a HORRIBLE experience at another salon that left me covered in red, irritated bumps and bruises. Lisa's technique - along with the special wax that's designed to adhere to only hair, not skin - made it so the majority of the wax was painless AND irritation-free. I have sensitive skin, so I'm especially prone to irritation, and I only had some pinkening of the skin that was completely GONE by the next morning. I have been a client of Lisa's since 1999!! She is truly the best!! Professional, discreet, and truly a master of her craft. After she waxes and shapes my brows, I look 10 years younger!! I trust her completely and she always does an amazing job. She has always practiced strict sanitation even before the pandemic. Her studio is always clean and sanitized. Lisa has many longtime clients like myself and that is a true testament to her extraordinary skills! Over 20 years I have been with her and I will forever refer her!!

Lisa has been trimming and shaping my eyebrows for 20 years. She always takes great care to do a professional job. I've had compliments on my brows in NYC from people who seemed surprised we have that kind of expertise in Buffalo. I always feel confident; good brows are as important as a good haircut.
