Today was my first time visiting this salon. The atmosphere was calming and Natalia was kind and professional. My haircut turned out great! I look forward to coming back for my routine trims.

I’ve seen Natalia here twice and she has had no issues squeezing me into schedule. I have been seen early, given refreshments, and access to the bathroom when needed. She is friendly, personable, and most importantly skilled in her craft. I feel comfortable and safe in her chair. While I am also able to trust her judgement an d communicate openly about my style opinions. I am happy to see her when I need a new cut and will continue to return.
