Was a little upset because her assistant have me one price but than when I called to confirm my appointment she told me it was double the price, which was already very very pricey. At that point I couldn't find a new person to do it because it was two days before my brother's wedding. But when I got the final product, I was ok with the price because Galina did such a beautiful job. Customer service though, isn't anything to write home about/doesn't really exist there-no concept of customize service.
