I went 4 days ago to get gel polish done. I first was shocked about the way they clean their supplies. She just pulled out a plate from under the table with the tools and rubbed them with alcohol, then used it to cut my cuticles. There was no sterilization like the other salons I’ve been to. Secondly my nails looked great but the gel already lifted. I’ve had gel done on my nails before (at other salons) and they never lifted between appointments which were 3-4 weeks apart so this was very disappointing.****update: I went back today and they fixed the nail that was lifting***Service: Gel manicures

Nail artist called me cheap when I tipped 10% and kept harassing me to tip more. I didn’t have enough cash so I switched to Venmo so I could tip 20%, as she demanded that I do, and then she kept harassing me to tip more and more. I stopped at 22% but she still called me cheap and kept pushing me to give her more! I should’ve just stuck with the 10% but too late. Nails were fine and foot massage was good but hated the way I was treated and would never go back. Wish I listened to the reviews. I do not recommend this place because of the pushy mannerisms of my nail artist. My friends nail artist was great though so if only they were all that way. I went 8/14 at 7:30...read full review

Went in for a spa pedicure that comes with a manicure, I only wanted a basic spa pedicure as I didn’t have the time for anything more which included massage. When I went to pay she tells me 89, I was baffled. I literally told her I wanted the 65 dollar spa pedicure. I paid the full amount even though I shouldn’t have to. I should have stood my ground and paid only 65. And she was mad she only for 10 dollars as tip. Well guess what, I’m not going to tip you on the full amount because you’re telling me it should be 20%, I will tip you on the work you did and quite honestly they don’t look good.
