I gave a leather jacket to be cleaned, the first time they returned it dirty and took the payment. I did not take it back, telling them to redo it. As a result, I came three times, the jacket was still dirty with the smell of my perfume and dirty traces of deodorant. I refused to return the money for the work that they did not do. The staff, the manager and the owner are very rude and unprofessional. I highly do not recommend contacting them for services. Especially with expensive clothes

Used to use Reliance cleaners next door for years and since they closed went just next door to One Stop. Brought 3 suits for dry cleaning, one wool, one linen, and one a linen blend. They shrunk all three— all expensive Armani suits. My arms can’t even get through the sleeves and one I only got to wear once. All garbage now. Do not ever use this place.
