Giving it a 4 star rating because the tailoring work I got done was fine and quick. The tailor herself was great, no issue. But the boy at the front desk just makes me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed from the way his attitude is with me. I feel as if he hates me even though I don’t really know him at all. I have no reason to go back to this cleaners for any service when there are plenty of other dry cleaners and tailoring services in Bay ridge.

SAVED MY LIFE! After traveling my dress was badly in need of pressing. I went/called 7 places and none could do same day press only. Bay Ridge Cleaners told me they could help me. Not only did they do it same day but they did a better job than my local dry cleaners in Maryland!!

Im amazed at this cleaners. I bought in a white jumpsuit that had 2 holes in it and needed a hem at the waist. They told me 30 mins !!! My event was in 2 hours. This was such perfect timing! And the work was so neat!! Thank you!!!!
