For the recent negative review given to our business by Ibtihal Omar, when she came into the store she was being very rude even though we were being very professional and respectful for her time but she would not understand the situation and what we were advising that she do. She took the matters into her own hands and decided to do her own eyebrows at the store and because of this, onlookers stared and commented on her appearance. I have been going to this salon for years. It is a true gem of Kensington. Fantastic results on eyebrow threading, wash & blowouts, and haircuts. The team is personable, professional, and experienced. They go above and beyond for their customers. There is clearly a reason that this salon is the go-to for the majority of the area’s residents.

I was very worried about my unwanted hair growth so I had my upper lip and chin laser done with great results.
