I absolutely love this place. Jen is knowledgeable, caring, empathetic and helpful, always offering thoughtful, honest, and informed suggestions on treatment options and never trying to upsell anything. She's a genuine skincare guru and her grasp of the ever-changing world of beauty technology is amazing and continually evolving. Her prices are extraordinarily reasonable for New York, especially given the care and attention you get. (Plus, she's super-fun to talk to ;-)) Highly, highly recommend!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Hands down the loveliest staff. I have gotten facials with Jen and have seen the best results. She has mastered her craft. Amani is also very lovely. She's very gentle and always delivers a great experience!Everyone here, from the front desk staff to the service providers contributes to the great experience.Love this place!

Writing reviews is so awkward but I feel like I owe it to Jen & Lumena after coming to her for nearly 7 years!!(Never once was I asked for a review, btw). Lasers are dangerous and if you want to get into laser facials you need to do it with someone who knows what they're doing. She has loyal clients for a reason. I'm so grateful to Jen for always being so generous, kind, and caring with my skin and also just being a really cool person. I feel so lucky to have found her. Book w her!!!
