I had fraxel laser and TCA CROSS done for scars. The staff was very accomodating, compassionate, and showed care, which made me feel less anxious. Trust is very important during such vulnerable treatments that resurface anxiety and insecurity. It can also be difficult to trust anyone in any kind of cosmetic industry, but I appreciated that Dr Krohm was conservative with CROSS to prevent unideal outcomes. Since I only booked a single session, this is important, as my experience and results now will determine my ongoing booking to continue.
