I came into VETCO today with a prescription and several questions. Nia assisted me, and she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to walk me through everything step by step, making sure I understood the process.
I also scheduled an appointment for the next day, and she clearly explained what I would need to bring to be prepared. Nia went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, and her professionalism and kindness made my experience a very positive one. She is a true asset to your team.
Nia and Eric were amazing during my visit there. Considering it was my first time there they treated me and my boys with such upmost respect and kindness. I will return back to that Vetco even if I’m coming from Long Island. Thank you respectfully 🙏
Today my two kittens Willow and Mellow had their first appt. at Vetco total care sheepshead bay location. Which is located inside of the Petco pet store. The receptionist Nia was very welcoming and professional. The doctors assistant Javanni explained what we would be doing today and explained the prices everything would cost me.He was also gentle with my pets. It is a hospital so it can be a little more expensive but I’m sure we would do anything to take care of our pets. The place is really clean and I didn’t have a long wait to see the vet . If you’re looking for a vet for your fur babies why not try this place out.
