On Tuesday I picked up 5 items and paid $116. When I got home 3 of the items were not cleaned well (still had stains). Today, I brought the items back but instead of apology and try to remove the stains I've been told that I can try another place and if they will remove the stains I will refund your money. Are you seriously sending me to another place? You have your business because people like me and it was really rude to say the least. I've been coming to this place for few years and Edward was always been very helpful. When some items needed to be redone he was taking it back without any problems. Today he was not there. Worst service, I asked to have my stuff done on Thursday, says he can do it Friday early morning i come early morning like he said and he tells me everything is done except my stuff, I had to go buy new shirts before work totally screwed me over
