Been going to her for a year.. she always pushes off pick up time when most places offer 2 day without questions.. she tries to push to 4/5 days.. she recently overcharged me instead of 2 a shirt 3.. I dropped off 12 shirts that day and paid in advance. When I told her about it she says we raised our prices and wouldn't return the money.. will never go back! Also they are cash only

They are good at making jeans shorter, can even remove a size or two, dry cleaning is very decent.... But the reason I am writing this review is because I forgot $180 in my back pocket when I gave one of my pairs of jeans to be cleaned and shortened, not only they gave me back every penny (actually made sure it's still inside the pocket) but also fiercely refused a $50 tip. I don't know if these guys are the best at what they do, not much to compare to, all I know is that David, the guy who smiles and says hello to me every time I walk in, has me as a customer for life because they have integrity! And such quality is in short supply nowadays.
