I honestly question if my dress was even dry cleaned. It appeared to be in the same condition from when I dropped it off. Was given a pick up time of 10:30-11am and arrived around 12:45pm and the dress was not ready and again looked like it did when I dropped it off. Had to come back 10 mins later for them to finish steaming the wrinkles out of it (reason why I questioned the “dry cleaning” in the first place). I paid $26 and will probably have it dry cleaned elsewhere because I am almost positive the dress was not touched except the steaming did on the spot when I arrived to pick it up.
Have been using this place for 3 years - absolutely great, very nice friendly hard working family owners, very flexible when need to clean smth express or to keep my shirts there for a couple weeks since I am out of town. Conveniently located near subway, not expensive and professional - things returned are always clean. And again - very nice, quiet and polite people always happy to adjust to your needs.
The owners here are very kind and go out of their way to help you. I don't think it's the least expensive laundry, but in an immediate radius they are definitely the best. Also really great for tailoring and repairs.
