Doesn't have the high end vibe or thrills that some salon/spa's try to make a name for, but the expertise of each staff member is evident when it comes to each service offered. It's also half the price as a place like M Spa across the street.Rita stands above the rest as one of the kindest, most talented in the business.

It's a clean establishment, I'll give them that. The lady at the front desk is not inviting at all. Very dry, blah. They charge extra for regular polish, not gel! Regular polish. Why would I pay an additional $5 for Zoya nail polish. You have to be joking right?! I felt comfortable during my wax session but my pedicure took legit 10 maybe 13 minutes the most. I'm not going to bash anyone but this place is not my cup of tea. I'll pass.

I was able to get an appt on short notice. The place, while not exactly spa-like, was very clean and had soothing spa music. My nail tech did a good job, was careful, patient and friendly. I just got the basic manicure and pedicure. Ideally it would have been nice to have them done at same time but they my manicure then pedicure, so it took a bit longer.
