Bummed to have to write this review because I've been a frequent customer here over the past couple of years, but my last experience and the lack of response from the salon was too disappointing. The prices here are high but I've always been happy with the pedicure services. They don't offer dip so I have to get gel- those have tended to chip pretty quickly and I've had to go back in to get them fixed, but I live nearby and the spa has been pretty good about it so not a huge deal. However a couple weeks ago I went in to get a gel mani on a Wednesday evening ahead of the Easter holiday that chipped by the next day. Five Stars Aren’t Enough
I just had the best massage of my life with Max at Plaza M Spa.
After battling an on-and-off migraine for over a week, I finally used a Christmas gift card I’d been holding onto — and it was so worth the wait. I only had time for a 45-minute session, but Max made every minute count.
From the very beginning, he was incredibly attentive. He focused on my neck, shoulders, head, and spine with a level of precision and care that felt almost intuitive. This place is the best so far at Dumbo. It’s clean, spacious and very relaxing! All the staff is very welcoming but Franny is the best nail artist! She is so nice and always takes very good care while doing my nails! I highly recommend her!
