I switched over from the Brooklyn heights location and it’s a massive difference for a small increase in the monthly fee. The facility is very clean and modern, the staff is friendly, and it’s not super crowded.

Can’t express how much I like this location. Clean, not too busy, well kept equipment and locker room, and the BEST staff. Specifically shouting out Darion. Everyone is so welcoming.

Thoughtfully organized small but clean space for weight lifters. The space is very well maintained even with the crowding. Unfortunately it has become very crowded even outside of "rush hour". I don't know if equinox currently has a promotion but the crowding is frustrating as there is a good amount of waiting time for equipment. I can't imagine what this January is going to look like at this rate at this location.
