About Equinox Dumbo
Equinox Dumbo is widely regarded as one of the best, if not the best, Equinox locations in New York City. Members frequently praise the cleanliness, top-notch equipment, and friendly staff. The location may not be as large as some other gyms, but the quality of the experience is consistently high. Raul De La Cruz and the general manager are commended for their exceptional ambassadorship for the company. Members appreciate the personalized attention from trainers and the extra amenities that contribute to an enjoyable workout experience. The convenient location makes it easy to fit a workout into one's schedule, followed by a stroll around the area.
The Dumbo Club just became my go-to spot whenever I visit NYC. It starts with the all-star staff! Special shoutout to Donte, Janeric, and Apollo for their exceptional level of service to fix the issue and accommodate my visit. Everyone was soo incredibly friendly making me feel welcome with their helpful attitudes.
Aside from the all-star staff, everything else seemed very well maintained, equipment, locker rooms, etc.
My most visited location, great staff, always clean, never crazy busy, laid out perfectly, nice views, big steam room, premium locker room. This location also has good member culture compared to a lot of the other locations.
Not the biggest or most equipped premium location (no whirlpool, no dry sauna, etc.) but gets the job done.
One of the best, if not the best Equinox locations in the city. Great equipment, friendly staff and a clean environment to workout in. May not have the size or amenities of the bigger locations but the quality of my experience is what really matters and for that I must rate this place five stars. Raul De La Cruz along with general manager Henry are fantastic ambassadors for Equinox as a company. Raul is extremely friendly and always willing to help others in regards to any concerns you may have. Will definitely be coming back to this gym very often.
